Our shipping is FREE, all across NZ.

We ship to fitters everywhere in New Zealand, other than the Kermadecs and some sub-Antarctic islands.  And our policy is super simple:  We don’t believe in giving people a nasty fright at the checkout, so we ship for free, to every fitter listed on our dealer page

We don’t ship to private addresses - this is because tyres are a technical purchase and need to be checked off to ensure they’re suitable for the vehicle and the application before fitment.

We can supply 95% of product to most locations next day, if ordered by 4pm.  If product is unavailable in your Fitter’s location for any reason, we’ll be in touch to discuss the options or arrange an alternative.

Returns

Don't like the tyres when you see them?

If they’re unfitted and still in new condition with all labels intact, call us on 0800 275 897 within 7 days of the tyres arriving at the fitter location and we’ll take them back and process a full refund within 14 days of receiving them back in our warehouse.   And of course, our tyre experts are ready and willing to help you choose something that delights you – just let us know the vehicle and what you do with it and we’ll have a recommendation ready in moments!

Tyres are the wrong size or somehow unsuitable for the vehicle?

Yep, we do ask our fitters to perform a final check as tyres are a technical purchase as we don’t see the vehicle ourselves before despatching the tyres.  If for any reason the fitter deems they are unsuitable for the vehicle, we ask them to contact us to discuss what would be a more suitable fitment.   We are able to process a full refund for any tyres deemed unsuitable, and make a more suitable recommendation based on the vehicle information from the fitter.

If you’ve received a customised tyre recommendation from one of our sales personnel, we’re so confident that you’ll love what you get that we’re happy to offer a 30-day Tyrehub satisfaction guarantee – love them or you can return them for your money back.  We just ask that should you experience any issues that make you unhappy with the tyres, you call us while the tyres are still on the vehicle so we can troubleshoot any related issues first.

Tyrehub faulty goods policy:

It’s very rare.  But if during the lifetime of the tyre you experience a fault that is the result of a manufacturing defect, we are able to offer the following:
On Continental and Maxxis product:  A full tyre replacement guarantee for any fault discovered during the lifetime of the tyre.
On all other product:  A pro-rata refund based on percentage of remaining warrantable tread life.

Faulty goods refunds are subject to technical inspection and do not include products that have developed a fault due to damage or abuse.

Note that we do reserve the right to refuse a return in the case of repeated or frivolous returns or obvious tyre abuse or damage.  Check out our blog on what makes tyres wear out here
